Contradictions in the production of second-hand assembly lines
The high-efficiency production characteristics of the second-hand assembly line and the inefficient and complex logistics distribution have become a bottleneck that restricts the smooth flow of logistics within the factory. Enterprises are prone to the following problems in the logistics and distribution process of producing second-hand assembly lines:
1) The large volume and heavy weight of different types of products result in low labor efficiency for workers and a decrease in the quality of product assembly on the production line.
2) Although the logistics on the second-hand production line can be smoothly delivered to the production line, there is still a slight surplus due to the lack of JIT operation, resulting in an increase in the accumulated surplus of materials and affecting the subsequent distribution of materials. The phenomenon of production stoppage on the production line still occurs from time to time.
3) On the second-hand production line, the use of logistics containers is not standardized, packaging has not been truly standardized, and stacking still appears disorderly.
Reasons for the contradictions in logistics and distribution of second-hand production lines
1) In terms of ideological understanding, due to unclear recognition of the importance of "logistics distribution on the production line" within the factory. Mistakenly believing that standardization is limited to container standardization, without achieving cognitive standardization, management standardization, and operational standardization.
2) Due to its own defects, the single production second-hand assembly line has high efficiency but lacks flexibility. Multiple types of products and frequent rotation result in the second-hand assembly line not being overloaded.
3) Insufficient grasp of the product. Different production volumes and types of products are not arranged according to their own production methods and process characteristics.
